Assassin's Creed Bad FPS

So i wanted to play again the old first Assassin's Creed but somehow it lacks in fps. 28-34 and i don't know why since my rig is supposed to run 5 of them at the same time.

I5-4460
gtx 660
16gb ram

Any solution?

maybe that game isn't optimized well enough, do other games lag for you?

Found solution. I think my windows updated. When i encountered the problems i gave up but other games ran the same but the restart solved the problem.
