Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag Not Launching

I just bought Assassins Creed 4 PC a while ago using a game key, and I downloaded it to the default destination. Everything went smoothly, but when it came to the actual launching of the game, I could not open it. When I clicked on Play Singleplayer, it doesn't let me play but instead goes to the finishing screen " Thank you for playing Assassins Creed 4" and shows me the game played time as 0 hours and 0 minutes. Same thing happened with Play Multiplayer. Right before the finishing screen pops up though, it says synchronizing game files with cloud but it does not load, instead it goes right to the screen. I already reinstalled the Uplay Client and the game 4 times over and Uplay support would not reply to my ticket (Its been 4 days). Can anyone give me tips or fixes on this? Thank you!

Did you tried to run it as an administrator or going where the game is installed and looking if its completly installed by checking the numbers of GB and trying to lauch it from the folder it self ? The game might be blocked by a anti-virus or firewall ?
