[SOLVED] Assassins creed odyssey

I recently purchased assassins creed odyssey for PC, I have a i9-9900k and a RTX 2070, for some reason I’m noticing it’s spiking up in cpu usage up to a 100%. I don’t know why. I heard AC odyssey is a heavy CPU game. But my temps were normal. Any advice would help thanks !

that usually means the game is well optimized and will utilize the full potential of your CPU.
if you're seeing no negative aspects resulting from it, it is a good thing.

Yea it’s not giving me any issue. But the problem is, I’m a streamer and I was hoping to stream this. But streaming also consumes a lot of cpu. So I guess I won’t be able to stream AC then I’m assuming

enable any type of "Threaded Optimization" options in NCP for that particular game and it may help.
try it out and see.

I had the same problem until I set the "FPS Limit" to 90FPS in the Display settings. Now my CPU is chilling at 60%.

I've been running the game on "Ultra High" and my monitor is 1440p 144hz, even though my CPU and GPU should be able to hit that (in theory), it doesn't and hovers between 80-100fps so I think the game is trying to hit the 144hz which is forcing the CPU usage to 100%.
