Assassins Creed origins fps drops on pc

Please help! Need pc expert
Assassins creed origins fps drops
Specs:
i7 2600k
gtx 1050ti 4gb
1x8gb 1333mhz ram
2tb hdd

Cpu temp is 70
Gpu temp is 64
no overclock done
no bottlenecks
reinstalled game 2 times
Same problem in most of games
gpu is not utilized at 100% as it should be I think my
gpu problem. I want butter smooth 30fps gameplay.

What settings and resolution are you playing at? If lowering the settings doesn't improve FPS then your CPU is the issue and should benefit from a overclock if you cooling and motherboard support it.

Settings dont matter because when I change my settings to lowest still i get drops and resolution is 1080p(native). Cpu seems to be doing well not going above 90% usage

For gaming the CPU usage should be less then the GPU usage. Seeing as the FPS doesn't increase after lowering the settings then your CPU is the issue, you can try to overclock or try using a lower resolution and see if that helps.
