3 gb ram
And amd athlon 64 x2 dual 4600+
Can I run ac revelations

I have that pc as well. was an old hp from about 2008.

quick answer is no.

the cpu will probably be ok but that gpu cant do it. even at the lowest settings your gonna see about 3 fps

How about prince of persia forgotten sands?

highly doubt it. I couldn't get more than 5 fps on world of tanks at low and 480p
