Assassins Creed Rogue Cannot run on my system

I currently running windows 10 pro X64,
RAM - DDR3 4GB,
MOTHERBOARD - MSI 760GM-P23(FX) (MS-7641)
GRAPHIC - ATI Radeon 3000 Graphics (MSI)

I install Assassins Creed Rogue without any error but its not opening anyway.

Please Help....

Try checking in Task Manager, perhaps the game is already running in the background, if so, End Process it and try again to run the game. You may try as well;

- Update your graphics card.
- Update your game.
- Try running the game as in Administrator.
- Try setting the game in compatibility mode, under Windows 7 or 8.
- Update your Direct X components

Ensure you meet the requirements of the game;
