Assassin's Creed Rogue Flashing Objects Bug (Outrageous) (Fixed)

I have a problem with Assassin's Creed game it flashes every second and the characters are invisible until i bump into them that means no Air Assassinations here is a video of the problem :

Before we go any further, can you vouch for the genuine legitimacy of the game, please? If it was a torrented copy, and it looks like it to me - we can't help you here.

Yes my game is a torrent copy but i've been downloading some games and this is the first buggy game ever no one ever had this problem in ACR and my friend downloaded the same torrent and no flashing objects at all
And hey can i link the video again, i'll change the thumbnail

That is the only video that shows the problem on youtube made by me i will change the thumbnail so i can put it here so others may help me fix the problem, is that okay?

OK - put a link back up either with a clean thumbnail or, better still, none at all.

Problem is fixed, i got the solution from the Video comments i had to rollback to a previous driver version that's all, thanks Saga Lout for your patience
