assassins creed Syndicate reolution help

This game wont let me set the resolution to 1920x1080 or the refresher rate to60 hz. does any one know a fix for this the tech support at ubisoft was unable to assist

Are your video drivers current? What make/model GPU and version of Windows are you running?

all of my drivers are up to date and so is windows i just finished mass effect so i know all of my hardware is running fine my system is using a 980 ti. When i go to select the resolution there is no option for 1080p or 60 z

Do you have a setting for 1920x1080? If so, use that.
