I have a R9 270 double dissipation card, I am waiting for assasins creed to be fixed. I tried running it and I could get no more then 10fps on low low settings. Is this my card or the game?

it's the game. people with GTX 980s are struggling to play it too. Ubisoft released a very broken game.

You can try disconnecting from the net, i know a many people on PC, PS4 and xb1 found playing offline really helped the fps. But yeah, the draw calls issue is probably at the heart of the problem (btw: it plays like junk on the consoles as well, not sure how ubisoft thought this was an acceptable release, but there it is)
it's the game

on PC it sends upto 50,000 or more draw calls to the CPU in crowded areas when DX11 can only handle upto 10,000. Ubisoft did not bother to even TRY optimizing the game for PC. honestly I would pass on Unity, maybe pick it up in 6 month when it's on-sale somewhere for $10 or less

Seriously sir , it is terribly optimized for PC.it seems like ubi didnt even bother .Any way you have an AMD card which is also nnot well optimized so.....

PS- try not getting ubisoft, the CEO recently called 95% of PC gmaers as pirates.... maybe if they produce any good game we will buy
