Anyone please share your knowledge with me, I need advices and I don't have much knowledge about PC.
If anyone knows it, please share it with me, I am really appreciate your help.

For the following specs:

1) i5 4690
2) GIGABYTE B85M- D3H
3) Kingston Fury DDR3 4GB 1866MHZ (4GB x 2)
4) WD Blue 1TB 7200 RPM
5) Liteon 24x DVD/RW
6) CM N200 Casing
7) Asus GTX 970 Strix 4GB
8) 500W SILVERSTONE ESSENSIAL 80 PLUS

Questions:
1) Can they support Assassin's Creed Unity at 1080p with 60FPs or greater FPs?
2) I will connect it to the LED TV to play with the specs. Is the power supply (500W) enough for the specs and LED TV? Do the power supply also got power consumption on the TV?
3) Is the motherboard ok for supporting the specs?

Yeah that should be good but maybe go up to a 600w psu just in case and get 8gb ram, that is really important that you have 8gb ram.

1) your system is above reccomended

2)500watts is enough to run your pc , and your pc does NOT provide any power to your tv have you not seen that there is a power cable in your tv its power via the plug

3)yes the motherboard works with the gpu cpu and the rest of the parts nicely
