This only happened for Unity and Syndicate so far.
CPU Temp: ~82° C. Temperature remains around 80 constant.
GPU Temp: ~60° C.

I don't know what's causing the reboot. I've turned off Fast Startup (Win 10).
Is the motherboard heating? If it does, why no shut down for any other games? Power supply? It should be fine, right? Cause the CPU temp was around 82° C for an hour or so. I have to stock cooler for the CPU, and one additional fan only.

Temps while playing other games (such as Batman Arkham Knight):
GPU Temp: Same as above.
CPU Temp: Around ~50° C.

PC Specs:
AMD FX 8320 3.5 GHz.
16 GB Hyper X Ram.
GTX 960 2GB GDDR5 OC Edition.
M5a78l-m lx v2 Motherboard.
Corsair VS 650 PSU.
Hitachi 1 TB HDD.
Windows 10 64-bit.

82C is far too high for an FX CPU. AMD quote a maximum of 62C if I remember correctly.

The standard AMD cooler doesn't do a great job with their 125W CPUs, so you may want to consider buying an aftermarket one, like a 212 EVO. However, the first thing you should do is check that the cooler is mounted correctly, the fan is spinning and reapply thermal paste. The cooler may also have a plastic slip on its underside, so make sure that's been removed.

I recently upgraded to the new GTX 960 so I applied thermal paste like a month ago. I'm going to buy the 212 EVO now. Stock cooler fan is spinning and also it's properly mounted. I have no idea why the temp is so high. Any ideas?

I meant to say when I upgraded to the new card, I made sure to apply thermal paste on the cpu, too. I'll try the 212 EVO. Is there any chance the motherboard is heating and causing the issue? Does FX 8320 and GTX 960 go well with m5a78l-m lx v2? Or do I need to upgrade my motherboard, too?
