Hi,
I just assembled a new pc but I have issues booting. The PC is made by
- AMD YD2600BBAFBOX CPU RYZEN5 2600
- Asus X470-PLUS GAMING
- Corsair VS350 Alimentation PC (80 PLUS, 350 Watt)
- Kingston KVR21R15D8/8 RAM 8Go 2133MHz DDR4 ECC Reg CL15 DIMM 288-pin
- MSI GT 710 1GD3H LP Graphic card Nvidia GT710 954 MHz 1024 Mo PCI Express .

I can turn the fans of the CPU and the power unit on by using a screwdriver, but I cannot see a thing on the screen. Also, USB devices seems not to be powered: the led of the usb mouse does not seems to be lightened up. I cannot hear any beeps because I do not have the case yet.

I am sure the BIOS supports my Ryzen because it is explicitely written in the box.

The picture of the setup:

Can you please tell me if I am doing some mistake?

I tried the things on this list: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/261145-31-perform-steps-posting-post-boot-video-problems
(except the debug for the audio, since I don't have speakers yet)

Thanks

Solution
You have your graphics card in the wrong slot, move it up to the pci 16 rail it is highlited with white striping on the facing. Also pull your 24 bit plug and reseat it. Make sure it is well seated. Make sure your usb power plug is seated also.
