Assembling a gaming system -- need suggestions with components

Hi All,

I want to assemble a rig with below mentioned components and have couple of doubts to get clarified:

CPU - Intel i7 4930K
Motherboard: Asus Rampage IV Black Edition
Graphics Card - MSI NVIDIA N760 TF 2GD5/OC
PSU - Seasonic SS-650KM3 650 Watts
RAM - Gskill RipjawsZ F3-2400C11Q-32GZM
CPU Cooler - Noctua NH-D14 SE2011

Doubts:
1. Will RAM be compatible with CPU? ( since in specs of i7 it is mentioned that memory type supported memory is 1866MHz, RAM being 2400 MhZ).
2. Will 650watts PSU be enough for above configuration?
3. Advice on cabinet with above configuration?

Any feedbacks or comments(regarding alternate product) is highly appreciated.

Why are you kind of overspending on the mobo and the cpu if it's just for gaming? you could use the money to get a way better gpu than the 760... it's like you spent 80 percent of your budget on the cpu and mobo and the rest was just like ' meh '
