Assetto corsa too bright

Hi all, just brought Assetto Corsa from Steam and for some reason, if I have CF enabled and the post processing effects on, the track is so bright its unplayable, every time I launch it I have to keep pressing the PG down key to make it slightly playable. If I run one card or just turn all the Post Processing effects off then its ok but what is the point of that, I want to play with all the eye candy plus a good frame rate, which I get in CF. Has anyone else come across this, or know how to fix it permanently please.

You can reduce the brightness by simply dragging your mouse to the left while you're in a race/session. If nothing pops up then you need to enable developer mode.
