Assistance/Advice on PC build/upgrade.

I am about to order a bunch of components to upgrade my gaming computer. My motherboard I can't find much on but I believe it has the slots to accommodate the upgrades. I will post it on here when I get home.

I'm switching my Graphics card from a NVidia P1310 (not sure if that's the right number but if it's wrong I'll edit.) And replacing it with a "EVGA GeForce GTX960" from NewEgg.

I also got 2 Corsair Vengeance 16gb (2 x 8gb) RAM Sticks.

I'm keeping the same CPU and Motherboard unless I'm forced to upgrade them.

It's all being moved into a RAIDMAX Viper GX ATX-512WBG.

The only thing I haven't decided on is a PSU, and I'm leaning towards a EVGA 220-G2-0850-XR.

The reason I'm consulting this website is because people seem very helpful and I'm afraid it won't all fit together. Does this seem like a good setup? What are your suggestions?

Any and all help is appreciated. FYI This is my first build of any kind. I bought this PC from CyberPower and it turned out to be a horrible waste of 550$

Hmm, perhaps you meant the Nvidia GT520? That's the part number you gave I believe.
Some more specifics will help me point you in the right direction for your PSU. What processor do you have?
EVGA are a good brand for PSU, but 850 Watts is probably way overkill unless you plan on running the 960 in SLI.

Honestly I'm not too sure what SLI is. I expected the PSU may be overkill but I wasn't sure.

Unless there's some crazy power draw on your system that you didn't mention like a bitcoin miner, a good 500 W PSU will work just fine. Try this one, EVGA is a reliable brand with a 5 year warranty:

Ok, thanks. I'll definitely consider this as an option. Would be a nice chunk of saved change. Is there anything else I should be looking out for? The only other thing that came to mind is what happens if the PSU doesn't have enough connectors or something? I don't have any extra hardrives or anything so I wouldn't think that it'd have too few but I'm real new to this.

The one I linked is modular, so even if you needed more you can add them easily. Another nice thing about modular is you only use the cables you need, no extra ones to tuck into a corner.

My motherboard, as far as I know, is a MS(i)? 7641 Version 4.0. I searched it over last night and it's nearly all I could find, and the only thing that seemed like a model.
Hope that helps some.

There's 3 easy ways to find the CPU, although the PSU I linked will give you all the power you need with a little room to spare if you wanted to overclock or upgrade to a higher power card in the future.
1. Open control Panel - Device Manager - Processors. It's listed right there.
2. Open My Computer or an explorer window, and right click the white space and click properties. It'll list it under there.
3. (Windows 8/10 only) Right click the start button, click system. Gets you to the same page as option 2.
