Question Assistance for overclocking system

Currently have
CPU- amd ryzen 9 5900x
GPU- Asus Tuf AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT 16gb OC
MOBO- Asus Strix x570E Gaming
Ram- Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB 128 GB (4x32GB) 3600mhz
PSU- Corsair HX1500i
CPU and GPU Hardline liquid cooled with 2 rads, pump, 8 fans
Looking for advice on overclocking settings for best performance and what setting to start at and what to tweak.
Will be used mainly for gaming some video editing 3d rendering and data recovery for clients.

Are you wanting to old school Oc or use Pbo which is what I went with.
Old schooling you will lose single core performance.

I used this vid as a guide and get 5-5.1ghz in game on 2 core depending on what is going on.
By using this vid when I was running a Corsair H150i E C it lowered my temp approx 10c.
Got a buddy that did the same thing on his 5900x with a H115i and saw the same 10c drop.

360mm, 420mmx45, 280x60mm rads
Noctuas IPPC's 3000rpm 3x120's set 1125 rpm, 7x140's set at 1350 rpm

Temps stay 53-59 gaming depending on time of year.
Cpu currently running 58c Gpu 43c.
