Solution
If the security level is only WPA, change it to WPA2. If that doesn't make a difference remove the security from the router completely, having noted the key first for when you reinstate it.

If it still fails on an open network, it's the phone's fault so it's worth the experiment.

.. where can i find that security code? and after that what should i do next?

If it isn't shown on the router's label, press your Windows key and R together and in the Run box that pops up, type
cmd /k ipconfig /all
then hit the Enter key.

In the black form will be a list including Default Gateway. That entry is the address of your router. so type that into Internet Explorer or other browser, as though it was an Internet address.

That gets you to the welcome screen but you still need to log in and use a password. Check the label for those. Once you're in, look for Security settings and thw wireless security key will be there.

actually im using a mobile phone. how can i fix it ? im really having a hard time fixing on how can i connect to a wifi. and i dont know all of a sudden i cant connect to a wifi it has been rejected and having an authentication problem, but sometimes it gets connected but for only a few seconds and then the connection lost again. please help me.

My phone shows a list of available networks within range. I choose which one I want to connect to (because it's the only one I have the security key for) and input the key and away it goes. Which stage of that does your attempt fail?

Are you tring to get online through the phone's Net connection, do you have Mobile Data turned on? It's going to be expensive.

Yah ! For now im using mobile data, because i cant connect to our wifi. It also shows the list of available wifi network within rangerange but when i try to connect it with correct password it gets authentication problem and association rejected. What is really the problem with that? I type the correct password and so on but then thats what i get ? I cant get connected . whats wrong?
