So i have an Assus Crosshair V Formula Z motherboard and an FX 8350 being cooled by a H105 water cooler, which is more than enough to cool the cpu and temp readings from the actual cores never exceed 50 Celsius under load, however the mother board temp readings at some point hit temps of 150-240 Celsius now i've never witnessed this happen in real time only by the max temps recording from several monitoring softwares, now these temps are impossible as the board would melt and the cpu would set fire, so is this a common issue with this motherboard and is it anything to be worried about ? also as a side note my cpu fans are tied by a fan curve to the temperature of the motherboard socket as im using fan expert to control them but i have never heard the fans hit 100% which they would if the socket was remotely this hot
