assus h81 with i5?

Does assus h81 stack with corei5 3330 and 970 gtx gigabyte.. If not which board should i get i'm struggling with my setup for a while and hope i finish soon i currently have

Psu: cooler master 550
Cpu: i5 3330
Gpu: 640 gt upgradin to 970 gtx gigabyte
Ram: 2 sticks 4gb.. Total 8gb

No, the sockets don't match. H81 chipset motherboards have LGA 1150 sockets, that CPU is LGA 1155. You need a 6 or 7 series chipset mobo.
