I don't think any are available. There have been numerous requests and I have seen no resolution as yet.

That file has been downloaded 359 times. I think they are all by the same person that keeps coming back with a new name because they think once downloaded, it should work. Never heard of installing the thing?

There's something wrong with that one. It is only 7.7MB. Mine is from Astra, a long time ago, and is 41.7MB. I don't know what they left out, but a lot is missing.
