Astro A50 Gen 2 (PS4 Edition) and Creative Sound Blaster Z

I want to play surround sound to my headset through my Sound Blaster Z. I want to do this on my PC. I can't seem to make this work, though i have watched several Youtube videos and searched the Internet without result. I have tried many possible solutions, but have not had any success. Can someone help me with this?

Do you get no sound at all? Or just not "surround sound" and, if so, how do you tell? Does the card show up in your device manager? Does it need drivers installed? Thanks.

Hi, thank you so much for answering. I finally got it to work after a long process of trial and error. What worked was that I restarted Windows and reinstalled the Sound Blaster Software. I then turned the "Game Sound" on my A50 all the way up. Then I tuned my settings the way I liked them in the Sound Blaster software
