Astro Mixamp, Asus z77 deluxe.. enough?

Hello guys! a noob question..

So I have the wireless astro mixamp 7.1 and my motherboard is ASUS Deluxe Intel Z77 ATX DDR3 2600 LGA 1155 Motherboard P8Z77-V DELUXE.. do i need to get a soundcard? or would it be duplicate performance with the mixamp?

I have the ad700 headset and my main use will be gaming

The P8Z77-V DELUXE Mobo has on-board sound adapter so you don't need to install one. You'll need to use the on-board sound adapter to hear sound through a set of speakers as the wireless astro mixamp supports only headphones I think.
