Asus 1070 Ti turbo edition is it any good

I'm really confused about the Asus GTX 1070 Ti turbo edition...is it any good.............I want to buy it because it's very budget friendly......can I play high end games above 60 fps in 1080p resolution?

Yep assuming the rest of your system is good, it can do 1080p 60+fps very well.
