Asus 1080 strix LED color wrong

Mine is in orange right from the boot, which is supposed to indicate temp close to 80c. Msi shows that I have 38c temp.

So what's up with the orange LED color? Can I change it somewhere?

Also, the 2 lights above the 2 connectors are lit even when the PC is shut down. Is that normal?

The Asus Aura software should be able to control that.
