Hi there,

I have a Asus AC1200 router which looses connection completely and I have to reboot the router to restore the connection. Has anyone had this issue before?

Solution
Does the router stay on - i.e. is there power to the router?

What router lights are lit (or not lit) before and after connectivity is lost?

Are all network devices affected or just one PC?

Have you been able to swap in known working ethernet cables?

Have you tried bypassing the router by connecting directly to the modem to determine if connectivity remains constant?

Make and model modem?

Swap in known working cables serving the modem.

Do verify that I found the correct manual for your router (check version).
