Which is the better card for Gaming at 1080p i will be mainly playing bf4. Which one will Play bf4 ultra 45+ fps?

performance should be about the same... I'd get the MSI since it's cheaper

They are similar. The asus card is a more overclocked version and should perform perhaps 8% better and is priced accordingly at a similar increase in price.
