My system has 10G of RAM 2G is extra so it came with 8 i have tried taking it out but it still makes no difference. when i click BOOT then "advance options" when i hit the check it shows my "10240" of MB but as soon as i hit ok and come back its back to "2156" sometimes lower. ill be fine with have 4 G for now i have windows 64 i can install but i will do that another day. Mind giving me a hand on my case I have done all in your previous forums but most are Windows 7 i have 8.1 pro.

Its better to upgrade to 64 bit because the memory you have right now may have only 2 gigs free out of the 4 you have available for the 32 bit os.
