a sabertooth X79 is not compatible with the 4670K

You need a socket 1150 motherboard

To make use of the processors overclocking ability you need to use a board with a Z87 chipset

No, the mobo is socket 2011 and the CPU socket 1150, if looking at the 4670K CPU, look at the Z*&-Sabertooth or even better the Z87 Maximum VI Hero

Which one of these would be best for running bf4 on medium/high. I'm on a fairly tight budget. But i dont want anything super cheap.

I'd go the 4670K and the Hero, that's the mobo I have and it will handle anything I throw at it
