Asus 560ti 448 directCU II gonna fit?

hi i'm gonna get this gc http://www.asus.com/Graphics_Cards/NVIDIA_Series/ENGTX560Ti448DC22DIS1280MD5/ but im worried if my case its large enough? i have this one http://www.coolermaster.com/product.php?product_id=2908 CM 690

also my motherboard its a z77 pro3 asrock but i think it will fit there...

You should be fine! Your case is a Mid-Tower ATX, so you probably have enough room. Make sure your slots under your PCI are unoccupied, as this is a triple slot card. Hope this helped.
