Asus 560ti frame issues

Just recently upgraded to an ASUS GTX 560Ti from my XFX ATi 4890 OC. Straight to the point.... My 4890 was capable of running GTA 4 at 18-25FPS but my 560 (More powerful card) likes to run the game at 5-10 and many more frame drops to 1.

What is wrong with it?

I have a OCZ 600W mod xstream pro PSU

So that can't be problem?

I have a Gigabyte 560 TI.

I can run GTA IV on a high-maximum setting at 40-60FPS, the card is more than capable of playing the game.

A 600w PSU is capable of running a single card, so that should not be the problem.

1) Check that you have correctly connected both 6-pin power connectors to the GPU.

2) Be sure your GPU is correctly seated and is in the primary PCI-E slot.

3) Uninstall your ATI drivers, and be sure you are using the latest drivers from Nvidia.

How do I know if all my ATi drivers are fully uninstalled off my pc? Also if my 6 pin connectors weren't connected properly I think I would have a red light on the graphics card.
