Is a Asus 7" MeMo Pad 7 Tablet good

Depends on your use-case as to what could be considered "good".

It's a budget tablet, sufficient for web browsing, watching Youtube and the like.

It's also likely to be limited in future app support, as (i believe) it's stuck on Android 4.4.x

If that's your use case, then it's totally viable. I wouldn't look to spend a whole lot on it though.
