Asus - 970 Pro Gaming Aura Motherboard

Thank you, is this motherboard any good? Or should I go with something else? There a quite of bit of combos on new egg for the Fx6300 cpu...
And I have two 4gb ram memories in my Asus Essentio, can I buy 2 ripjaws and use those as well as the ones from my essentio?
Also I am very new to pc hardware and this is my first upgrade, will I have to reinstall windows if I keep my old harddrive?

If the Essentio uses DDR 3 ram it should work. But you should buy identical ram, not mixed brand ram

If you mean use the hardware from the Essentio in this new PC it should be fine.

But, I would reinstall windows (not a good idea to put a hdd with an old system's info) into a new system that you've just built.

It'll probably crash on you due to the drivers and the different chipsets on the different systems

okay so I just flash my hard drives before I install all my new parts?
I am building a nice gaming rig, but it's only affordable because I am stealing a lot of parts from my essentio such as fans, hhd, power supply, etc....
I have pcbuild all my parts and they work together soo....
P.s. thank you for all your help!
Edit: i decided to buy 2 8gb drm3's instead, i looked at my memory and I am already 50% on this pc just running my internet...

On the topic of this mobo... I recently within the last day or so acquired the 970 gaming pro aura and a 6 core cpu
with it that the owner ditched because he couldn't figure out how to hook a monitor to this mobo. I thought it was a silly mistake he was making until I looked at the back of the pc and saw NO VGA PORT or HDMI on the mobo.. The video card has all those connections but no monitor would come on when I plugged it into the card as it sat installed into the mother board with no drivers.

My question is: how do you put drivers on a pc with this mobo if you can not see the bios on a screen through a graphics card with no drivers?

By my guestimation YOU CAN'T, right?

If the graphics card has no driver you will not see the bios obviously, but if there were no GPU what would you do for monitor support if the Pro Gaming Aura has no built in graphics?

I am sitting on an brand new expensive paperweight that I got for free, but it pains me to think of all that untapped potential... and lack of monitor support is stopping me from conquering the world of games with this beast.

Any ideas on VGA hookups so I can see the bios?

Should i pull the HD and install everything on it ahead of time and shove it back in and pray? because...

Gonna keep reading about this Motherboard in the forums to work on a solution, but any pointers about this particular MOBO would be quite helpful and appreciated!!

I am at a loss as to why any company would engineer a mobo with no traditional monitor support. LOL but I can guess.
