Hi there,

I own a p4g8x deluxe mobo and in the manual it says that it has 1 x AGP Pro/8X (1.5V only). In the specifications of the Asus 9800 xt it is said that works at 0.8V. I have also heard that p4g8x deluxe had some problems with agp 8x! I also have updated the mobo with the latest bios!

Will i face any problem if i use this card in this mobo?

The 9800XT is AGP2.0 and AGP3.0 compliant. That means it's capable of both 1.5v and 0.8v signals. 1.5v is associated with AGP4x, while 0.8v is associated with AGP8x, via the 2.0/3.0 specifications. So of course the card will work.

I'd do it. If you have problems, there are workarounds, like running the card in 4x mode and turning off AGP fastwrites. Either would have an unoticable impact on performance.
