asus a Q Code 66

my son and I are building a new "rig" and assembled the ASUS Crosshairs v formula z with corsair vengeance ddr3 1600MHz memory (part found in the manual).

we are getting q-code 66 and the machine stops the POST there.

no ability to get into BIOS
LEDs boot and device remain lit

we have removed battery overnight and various combos of populating one bank of memory

any suggestions

66 is partof the CPU initialization....what mobo, CPU and DRAM, may want to pull CPu and check for bent/broken pins
