Question Asus A350-MK won't display to screen.

Ryzen 1300x
Corsair 8GB 2400MHz
EVGA 1050
EVGA 450W PSU
WD 1TB HDD

I built a budget PC for my kids, last year. This week the cheap exhaust fan failed. I replaced the exhaust fan, and cleaned up some of the cabling in the system, however when I went to turn it back on my monitor says no input signal. At this point I was thinking I didn't seat the video card properly. So I shut down, re-installed the video card. Still had the same issue. The following are steps that I took:

Installed 1050 in my personal gaming system - Worked just fine.
Installed my 960 in the kids system - No display.
Installed my Coolermaster 750W in the kids system with the 1050 - no display.
Double checked all ram and cpu tightness, power cable runs - no display

At this point I'm thinking something on the motherboard got damaged, although l'm not sure how. Any additional step you guys can think of to try would be helpful.

Pull the cmos battery for a few minutes and reset your system. See if clears the problem. What cables exactly did you clean out?

I rerouted the ATX 12v and the EATX power cables.

Funny thing, I just tried it again. It displays, I got a boot message that a new cpu had been installed. Does that mean it was loose?

Update, now it can't find the HDD...WTF. Drive isn't spinning (I felt it), trying a different sata cable and power cable...
