How do i create a BIOS boot cd or USB flash?

I have a ASUS A7A266 Motherboard ACPI and currently running the factory stock old BIOS Version 1009

I would like to update my BIOS however i do not have a 3.5 inch floppy disk drive.

I have downloaded the latest BIOS version from the ASUS website and would like to update my BIOS Version.

Can i create a boot CD and or use a USB Flash disk to carry out the BIOS update?

Hi guys is there anybody here who can assist me in the right direction.

I really would like to update my BIOS as this then will allow me to use 2GB of RAM. I understand to this day and age this is a very small amount of ram however do bare in mind this was bought way back in 2001.

Trying to make the most out of the motherboard as possible so any other tweaks you guys recommend please do let me know.

The computer will be used for browsing the net, streaming movies online and Blueray, Games, Photoshop and music.

I have tried the search option however i can not find out a step by step guide to resolve this.
