Asus A7N8X Deluxe weird issue

Asus A7N8X Deluxe weird issue: the clock goes FORWARD by a few minutes a day.
After checking into the problem, i found out that a weak battery can casue the clock to SLOW down not go faster.
Windows XP, lastest drivers, latest bios.
Any ideas?
