Question Asus A7V-M not POSTing ?

Asus A7V-M motherboard doesn't POST, no beeps, CPU doesn't get hot.
Only fan spin and keyboard light flash.

Specs:
CPU: Duron 800
RAM: 128MB SDRAM
PSU: 400W
GPU: Trident t9750agp

Motherboard configured in jumperless mode.

Not sure what to think of that system considering it's well past it's useful life cycle. Maybe dust off the innards the best you can and then inspect the motherboard for any bulging or leaking or blown capacitors. Is the PSU about 2 or so decades old(as old as the CPU)?

I cleaned the motherboard and checked the capacitors and none of them are bulging. The PSU that I'm testing the system with is 2 years old.
