Asus a7v

i have been reading that with the asus a7v mobo and the 1008 bios that u can put a 1.4 amd chip in 200fsb that is. Has anyone done this yet? Also do amd chips over 1 gig cme unlocked or not. if not would you have to unlock it for it to work. I have the 1.02 ver of board

Yes i have the asus A7V Bios ver 1008, it does have those settings available in the bios.
No it will not actually do those settings even when running a 1.333 266 AYHJAR cpu.
It is possible to get the cpu running at over 1.4 ghz 1.468ghz to be exact.
i dont know why the bios allows the fsb to go up to 200mhz as it is impossible to acomplish. in fact anything over 110mhz fsb on the A7V ver 1008 IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE.
