i think it depends on your need..
a7n8x-x performs better, but that mobo really provides only what required..no extra features in the package at all
a7v600, i have no idea how it's equiped, it seems to me that VIA chipset usually comes with more features.
but i would go for a7n8x-x anyway..cuz i look for performance :smile:
 
If you want good performance, get the A7N8X-X,
whereas if you want good stability & reliable drivers, then get the... A7N8X..,
on the other hand, if you want to overclock, then you'll be much better off with the A7N8X.

No contest whatsoever. nforce2 all the way! incidentally, an Abit NF7 is a very good mobo in that price range, Abit NF7-S better still (but a few $ more). I'd rather get the Abit board over the asus one myself.
