Hi there,
I'd like to get this motherboard along with a 860k. I was taking a look at the specs on the Asus website and saw this in the storage section:
AMD A88X FCH(Bolton D4) chipset :
8 x SATA 6Gb/s port(s), graywith M key, type 2242/2260/2280 storage devices support (both SATA & PCIE mode)
Support Raid 0, 1, 5, 10, JBOD
What does this mean? does it mean i can use a m.2 ssd with this board like the samsung sm951? if so, how? there doesn't seem to be an m.2 slot on this board. should i use a pci e adapter?
