Long story short I built a PC about a month ago and everything has been working smoothly and wonderful. I just used the ASUS Flash 2 utility in the bios to install the latest update 2603 (from I believe 2502). I placed the .CAP file in my boot partition and use the ASUS Flash 2 utility in BIOS to run the update. It said it installed successfully but when my PC rebooted I had no video and error code C0 was being displayed and that system doesn't even POST. I also don't have any beep codes to go by. I'm not 100% sure my speaker works (I've tried both directions plugging it in)

This code is not in the manual but what little information I could find seems to indicate that it may be a RAM compatibility error. This is reinforced by the fact the RAMOK LED on my mobo is on which supposedly indicates an issue. I tried holding the button down to initiate the auto-fix where it cycles through types of compatibility but I had no luck and the light turned solid again. I tried testing individual sticks on all 4 slots and none of them yielded a positive result.

I do not have any spare RAM to test with and my bios flashing knowledge is rather limited. Assuming I'm looking at the right list, my RAM still shows as compatible as of the latest update.

Anyone have any ideas on what to do or try? I feel like my only option is to buy/borrow some RAM and try to use that and downgrade the BIOS.

Why would the flash 2 utility install and claim it did everything properly then? Anyways, I went and bought a USB flash drive and used the bios flashback button option (Page 2-23) to flash to the older version and it worked.
Asus EZ Flash 2
This function supports USB flash disks formatted with FAT 16/32 on a single partition only.

You wrote, you "placed the .CAP file in my boot partition". That is not an approved method of flashing the BIOS.

Page 3-36 of manual describes procedure to recover the BIOS. I suggest you follow that procedure.
