When i first picked this motherboard it said it had lot of overclocking options and such

but when i enter bios it seems like they voltage is locked and each time i increase FSB the mupltier drops automatically
and i can not seem to find where to do the fsb/mem ratio

can anyone perhaps tell me what i am doing wrong or if i am not looking in the right places

thanks

First thing to do is make sure cool and quiet is disabled.
Seems you have already changed your AI overclocking to manual so you can adjust your FSB.
On the same page your FID/VID change need to be manual.
This unlocks your multi and proc voltage. this board overvolts your proc so watch your setting here.
The memory ratio is memory clock it does not give the values 200= 1:1 and must be set to limit to adjust.

Hey Quetz, hope you're still out there. I have tried this, and every time I do my comp freezes. Even if I OC to just 2.7ghz from factory 2.6 Any ideas? I tried upping the voltage on CPU to 3.65 but that didn't help either.

Excuse me, I meant 1.365! Here's a screenshot of my comp running at factory 2.6ghz. Seems to me that the FSB was supposed to be at 200, but everytime I got back down my clock speed drops dramatically.
