Ok, i pu tmy pc together a few days ago and test all my compenents and update all the drivers and it was working flawlessly. Today I decided to take 2 of my maxt 200gb hd and use raid 0 for them. I have a Asus A8N5X mobo which supports raid. I installed windows on my 3rd hard drive after i did the raid configuration on the other two. Upon first boot i get a few devices that could not be correctly Installed. First of which was : NVIDIA nForce(Tm) Raid Class Controller. After it says it cannot instal it and i click close another box proceddes that says "The file 'navata.sys' on SRCDATA is needed" Type the path to where the file is located and Click Ok. Also I cannot instal the drivers for my video card, which is a geforce 7800 gtx. I get this error at the end of the install. "NVIDIA Uninstall error (18)" There are no more files. SoftwareNVidia CorporationInstaller.

For the life of me i cannot figure this out. I first tried to reinstall and reformatt both hard drives. That did not work. Then i went to the NVidia website and tried to make sure I had the latest drivers for the nForce 4. That wasnt it either. If anyone would have an ideas or suggestions it would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance!

RAID drivers need to be installed from a floppy disk in a floppy drive. I'm sure that the manual tells you just that.

Or, you'll need an install CD with slipstreamed drivers on ...
