Would be nice but I suspect since they sell to customers who go "whats AES" is the reason you don't see it. Companies like juniper or cisco publish very clear numbers and they are surprising low and the boxes that do well cost a fortune and have encryption assist hardware in them. They also many times spell out details like number of session and packet size etc on their testing which you seldom see when consumer grade equipment is tested.
Unless these large companies are complete rip offs you think there is a reason they charge so much money if they could build a vpn router for $200
