I have a client with an Asus All-In-One ET2220I-AR5B125. It has Windows 8 installed and it had a problem and now fails to boot.
I thought to run a bootable disk to recover the data and reinstall Windows, but can't run the bootable USB due to the boot menu settings. These settings can't be changed because there is a BIOS password that the client can't remember. The computer is essentially locked, and a useless paperweight.
Is there any way that this BIOS password can be reset?
