Asus all in one factory reset

I bought an asus all in one computer with Windows 7 professional off a guy who was selling it. When I turned it on it has a password and I can't do anything with it won't even let me factory reset it without the password. Is there anything I can do about it? Please help.

You are going to need to contact the seller. There is no way for us to verify the PC is legitimately yours so can't really help.
