ASUS AM1M-A not detecting sata devices???

I have recently built a new computer but it will not show the sata devices hooked up.

AN error pops up saying "The current BIOS setting do not fully support the boot device Click ok to enter the BIOS setup.
Go to > Advanced > Boot > CSM Parameters, and adjust the CSM (Compatibility support module) setting to enable the boot."

I do not know much about the advance mode in BIOS/UEFI.

system specs:
ASUS AM1M-A
AMD sempron 3850
8gb ddr3 ram
128gb samsung pm851 ssd
DVD drive

I have tried auto, enabled, and disable with no luck. Also tried messing around and changing a few settings in CSM and reseting the BIOS back to factory defaults still no luck.

Edit: Both the SSD and DVD drives seem to be faulty
