Asus AMD X4 AM3 economical Motherbeaord for Gaming

I am planning on building a gaming system.

here is the configuration

Processor: AMD PII X4 965 BE
MB: Not decided *(hope you guys can give me a suggestion.
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 4GB DDR3 Single module
HDD: WD Caviar Blue 1 TB
Cabinet: Zebronics Bijli 2
PSU: Zebronics Platinum Zeries ZEB500 (500W)
DVD RW: Asus/Sony [Box]
Monitor: Samsung/LG, 18.5"/20", TFT/LED
Graphics Card: ATI Radeon HD 6670 DDR5 1 GB
UPS: ????
Cooler: ????

My budget is around 30K, Please suggest me with a motherboard.
While it comes in USD its [$ 660]

sorry for the inconvenience....

I preferd Antec 200 V2 Cabinet and Antec TP 550 (550W) PSU, but unfortunately changed coz of cost cutting.

For the MB I would suggest going with a Gigabyte or Asus AM3 / AM3+ socket motherboard.

Something like this would be relatively cheap, and is good quality.

Here in India price is really high for everything than in amazone. I tried to check out. But they said unable to to ship to my address....
