Asus Anti Surge Dectected with Old and New PSU.

Hello I Encountered an Anti Surge Power Supply Error in my old PSU which is 600w, and today I bought a new PSU which is now 700w and still got a Anti Surge Dectected that my 12 volts in BIOS is in 24 volts. What is the problem? Also I disconnected my hdd cables, network cable and GPU, and still I got 24 volts in my BIOS. Help me please. Thanks!

It is both generic psu, I use it for my printing and I use it occasionally.

Make and model , generic is a bad sign.

Intel G2010 2.8ghz
ddr3 4gb emaxx 1333mhz
R5 Radeon 64bit 1gb ddr3
500gb samsung hdd
Trigon ATX 700w

and my psu before trigon was Genie Power. and Still I got the 24 volts
